At HumblyClub, we take pride in the quality of our clothes. If you come across any defects, please send us a photo and description of the issue at contact@humblyclub.com. We'll promptly guide you through the next steps. Please note, this policy does not cover damage caused by external forces or improper care. We trust you'll cherish your HumblyClub pieces.

Returns

Your satisfaction is paramount at HumblyClub. If, for any reason, our piece doesn't align with your style, we graciously accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly ensure the item remains unused and in its original condition. Please be aware that return shipping fees will be your responsibility.

Exchanges

Found a HumblyClub piece that suits you better or need a different size? We've got you covered. We happily accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Just send back the item you'd like to swap, and we'll take care of the rest.

Here's how to initiate a return or exchange:

Drop us a message at contact@humblyclub.com (in English or Norwegian), specifying the items you'd like to return or exchange, along with your name and the original order number. Safely pack your items and mail them to the return address marked on your package (Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia) Make sure to retain your postal receipt until the return or exchange is completed. Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund or coordinate the exchange.

Please bear in mind, while we deeply appreciate your trust, we're unable to assume responsibility for items lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your items reach us securely.
